I am not suprised anymore.  This guy told Asian-Americans that they should be changing their names so “Americans” can pronounce them.

I am happy to contribute to the end of her political career by distributing this video.  Please share.

I understand why this argument gets made, the argument that people from other places should compromise their culture in favor of ours, but that cultural diversity has fueled social change in this country since the beginning.

As long as the Asian-Americans are okay with me saying their name a little wrong, I’m glad to call them by the name their  parents gave them.
