Snow Penises are coming to a town near you!

There is a little boy in Indiana that is just HORRIFIED by snow dicks. Just MORTIFIED by them. One woman’s two year-old has NO IDEA what a dick is. Someone should be brought to justice for sculpting these snow dicks. Oh, wait, the police have better things to do… But upon further investigation into Indiana law: they don’t.
