Robert Hughes grew up in Smith County, Tennessee. He was childhood friends with Octavarius member, Keith Habersberger. He enjoys watching college football (especially UT), loves making buffalo wings, and thinks Nirvana was one of the best bands ever. He once shot and deep fried a turkey. Once, when hanging out with Octavarius members, he gave them the sleves off of his shirt when his southern senses sensed that our arms were cold. He is a hunter, a worker, and a poet.
Because of all this, Robert is Chicagoland’s “Southerner of the Week.”
